An out-of-warranty replacement (bought less than 2 years ago) costs:

  1. $75.00 service fee, to cover the administration cost
  2. 25% of the shaft's retail price plus sales tax for the replacement shaft, only payable if we can verify that your shaft is authentic and approve your claim

  • When we receive your shaft, we'll check it against this information to verify that it's authentic.

It's on the shaft label: 12 characters: 2 letters, 7 numbers, then 3 letters (e.g. AB1234567CDE).
All shafts returned to us are subject to a serial number check and match.

One receipt or invoice. We accept PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP files, smaller than 3 MB. iPhone photos are converted to JPG automatically.

Where we send your replacement once your claim is approved.

Every update about your claim goes here. You can change it at autoflex.us checkout, where you pay the service fee.

Warranty terms

  • The $75.00 warranty service fee is not refundable.
  • The replacement shaft costs 25% of its retail price plus sales tax, payable only once we approve your claim.
  • The shaft's authenticity and damage are subject to inspection. If the shaft isn't authentic, or any information doesn't match, we reserve the right to refuse the claim.
  • Please send your shaft to us within 30 days of your claim being approved.
  • We ship the replacement once we receive your original shaft and verify it.

You pay to ship the shaft to us; we'll email the address after we review your claim.
